Seniors please remember.....

• Admittance into this event is your SSO T-shirts.

• Cell Phones will be collected from each senior prior to your entrance into the event.

• Seniors who wish to leave the event prior to 1 a.m. are NOT allowed re-admittance.

• Any senior who will NOT be 18 years of age by May 27, please return in your event waiver form (which was mailed to your parent/guardian on May 8)!

  • If this waiver is not signed by your parent/guardian and returned by May 26, you will NOT be allowed to participate in (1) the Mechanical Bull and (2) Meltdown.

• Socks are needed.

• Photos taken through-out the evening can be viewed/downloaded by visiting:  ndaseniorsendoff2017.shutterfly.com

• SSO T-Shirt pick-up is Wednesday, May 17!
